Too much time

Too much time has passed since I've posted. Where do the days seem to go?

Today is another busy one, taking daughter to piano, getting nails done and then taking daughter to retirement village to volunteer all before 1pm plus we need to fit in lunch. Then, off to exercise sometime this afternoon before picking her back up at 4pm.

My goal today is to get my July calendar out and get cards made for everyone by the end of the weekend. I really like to stay a month ahead so I'm not having to make any last minute cards. I don't like being under stress:)

I did get my new SU catalog this week, still going through it but I know my wish list is going to be VERY long. So many cute new items.

I'll post cards as I get them made.

Card for my Nephew

I needed a card for my nephew's birthday coming up. Saw this so I cased it, glad there are so many talented ones out there to share their ideas.



Another busy day as we get packed for Disney. We are all excited but I always dread the packing, making sure we have what we need.

Can't believe it's been so long

I have actually made a few cards (will get posted later today). Since the Outerbanks and Homeschool Conference, it feels like we have been going at warp speed. We are now getting ready to leave for Disney for a week. We're all excited and ready but nothing is packed as of yet. Hopefully will get a few things together today. I feel like my house is in a wreck.

Saturday

We are back from the Homeschool Conference. This year was a little more difficult since we will be starting 9th grade with my daughter. Keeping transcripts, etc. will be a new experience for us.

I hope to make a card or two tomorrow to post.

Outerbanks Sunsets

Thought I'd share a few pictures from the Sound of the Outerbanks. We enjoyed a wonderful sunset our last night there. Enjoy!

Card Time

Not enough time left this afternoon to get all my cards made but I did get this one done. I needed one for my brother. I used SU Big Pieces and Riveting sets with Bashful Blue, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White Paper. I cased this from SCS.



The weather has been beautiful here today. This has been one of those days when I wish my chores had all been done so I could spend some good time outside reading a book.

My daughter and I are off to the Homeschool Conference tomorrow. My husband and son are coming up on Friday, will hopefully post more over the weekend.

Wednesday

More to come today....

A week at the Outerbanks didn't help me get to posting since the internet connection there wasn't the greatest. We did have a wonderful week (weather could have been better) relaxing and doing nothing.

Come back to getting things done around the house and leaving again in the morning for our Homeschool Conference in Winston until Saturday.

My goal is to get a couple of pictures posted today along with needing to stamp a few cards.
